"under floor heating only worked from 11 pm to 7am
We asked for extra blankets & a heater and were told
these were not available. Carpet was badly stained in places.Facilities were excellent apart from the heating. Would not stay there again." - ray lake
"Nice hotel, nice views but underfloor heating was NOT working as it was advised by reception is NOT cold enough to be put on even though tempertures hit below 7 degrees.

"The hotel was further from the centre of Queenstown than I was led to believe from the brochure and it was in different levels and blocks so was fairly difficult to find your way around. The breakfast was pricey and rather disappointing. The staff were not the most helpful people that I encountered in my travels round New Zealand. Laundry facilities were two washers and driers in a cupboard in the lower car park. Modern rooms and good views." - Margaret Long
