"The accommodation did not match the description. The lake view was very limited and would never have booked has this been known. The room was also very dark and did not get any sun despite facing the morning sun. The bathroom extractor fan was no efficient. Not having the restaurant available was a detraction as the Oaks is not close to the town centre. The staff need some lessons in PR." - Anonymous
