"The Observatory Hotel is a delightful boutique hotel with beautifully decorated rooms which are now 15 years old and I think some asoects of the common areas of the hotel and the rooms may need a face lift. The walls look slightly tired and outmoded. Originally the wall paper would have been appropriate and good qualty. Keep the same style but with a fresher look. A small portable, stylish radio or easy to use FM system not acccessible through the TV would be more than welcome. " - Anonymous
