It was awesome! Everything was pretty good. The facilities, the food, the staff, the room, also the representative from cheaptickets was very kind. I had a great time during my stay in Punta Cana. I am already considering my next vacations and maybe it could be to the Dominican Republic again!
The Hotel was great. The one problem I had was with H10 Hotels. They pressured us to buy some vacation points that cost anywhere from $9,000 on up. They said the ordeal would last less than an hour and it lasted over 2 hours. Our family was on a pleasure vacation and I did not want or need to be hassled. Due to this I will not go back. It is too bad because this place is the best place that we have ever stayed.
Our ample rooms offer all the amenities you need. It features two queen size or one king size bed, tastefully decorated living area with sofa bed, large marble finish bathroom with two hand basins, magnifying mirror and amenities kit, Jacuzzi in all rooms, ceiling fan, mini fridge with soft drinks, cable TV, free safety deposit box.

If you're happy with just an ocean and want to have everything close - go there. Punta Cana is a kind of forgotten lands, nothing happens but sunrise or sunset. Service is good, food - due to big buffet and a number of a la carte restaurants is various and good as well. Two big pools - if you don't like wind from the ocean.
The amenity set is little poor. Especially amount of the shampoo and conditiner was little.
