"Very disappointed. The room smelled like a mixture of smoking and fresh paint. The ad mentioned that the rooms had been recently refurbished, short of the paint there was no other evidence. Family owned and managed modern 14 room motel, refurbished Sept 2008, brand new furniture, linen, carpets, 19" LCD TV, DVD player with USB slot, Off street undercover parking, most rooms overlooking lovely tropical pool and bbq area, guest laundry and kitchen, close to transport, shops, restaurants, Pacific Fair, Jupiter's Casino and Convention Centre. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. All rooms wheelchair accessible. |

Ocean Blue Motel is located beach side of the Gold Coast Highway, 5 minutes by car south of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and Jupiter's Casino on the corner of Heron Avenue and the Gold Coast Highway. Buses heading south, stop outside the door, buses heading north stop opposite side of road and down 200m. |
