We are located in a casual seaside town of Vilano Beach. All of our rooms have private balcony with an Ocean view. Each room is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, free lacal calls, cable TV with 72 channels including HBO and internet access. All rooms are non-smoking. Pet friendly rooms are availabe upon request. We have a heated pool and are just a short walk to the beach.

Getting there:Take I-95 to exit #318 (state rd 16) Go east on 16 approx. 7 miles, to San Marco Ave. turn R. 1/2 mile to may St. turn L. go across vilano bridge and at the first light turn R. first stop sign turn R, then secong stop sigh turn R.
Check-in Procedure:Check in is 3pm. Check out is 10:30
Car parking:We have a private parking lot.
Child Policy:Our standard rooms and 2 bedroom suite sleep 4 people. Our Jacuzzi room sleeps 2 people.
The only thing i didn't like the bed were verry hard and made my back hurt. maybe one bed should not be so frim this make great inprovment in a good night sleep.
We have stayed here several times before and love it. It's nothing fancy, but always clean and we love the location. It's maybe 5 minutes from the historic district, and the beach is across the street...you can see it from most of the balconies. The pool is extremely small, but up until last year, they didn't have one at all. It's nice that they finally got one, even if it's tiny! We will stay there again. For the location, price,and cleanliness you can't beat it!
