Ocean Plaza Resort Gold Coast

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice 1 bed apartment - furnishings a bit dated but in very good condition. Great view up the coast to the North with birdseye view of the beach below.

The location and facilities were second to none. The pool and spa was heated perfectly for winter and the secure car park was a great bonus. The reception staff couldn't be more helpful.

Great location, great price, excellent service. Stayed four nights and could have easily have stayed longer.

Location fabulous, walk across the road to the beach, up or down the street to cafes and restaurants and shops. Great walks to near by beaches. Apartment very spacious, some areas a little bit tired and in need of freshening with repainting etc. Overall a great holiday.

Well located with great ocean views and views of the Gold Coast to the north and south. The beach is just across the road and Rainbow Bay and Snapper Rocks are just a 5 minute walk away. All the Coolangatta restaurants and shops are close by. Our unit was large and well appointed. Hours of access to the gym are a little restrictive but all in all a pretty good hotel.

We had a lovely appartment with great facilities and location was perfect. I got exactly what I booked. Holidaying with children can be tiring but his was just a pleasure

Great location next to shopping centre & restaurants as well as beach. Very well equipped. Enjoyed the pool as it has a rail which made it possible for me to get in. Very enjoyable stay.

Our apartment was clean, spacious with great views of the ocean and Surfers Paradise. Loved the area, the location was fantastic - near shops, supermarket, beach, airport. Highly recommend.

This was my second stay at the Ocean Plaza Resort, the appartments have everything and the view was beautiful over looking the beach with distant views of Surfers Paradise buildings including Q1. Coolangatta is on the southern Gold Coast, right on the border with Tweed Heads, NSW.

This was a good location and great views. Staff were helpful on check in.

A nice resort in an excellent location with wonderful views from the balcony and main bedroom. On a windy day we noticed a loud, whistling noise even when the window was closed which became quite annoying. The outdoor spa was very small so consequently got very little time in it due to the large number of guests. The games room had very little facilities with all activities (other than ping pong) being coin operated. Additionally there was no pool table available for guests (although the Coolangatta Hotel was downstairs). Despite these points the stay at Ocean Plaza Resort was enjoyable and would recommend to other prospective guests.

Only went for 2 days but would not fault the place. Never needed to take the car out. Everything there. The pool was heated which was a joy on a bit colder day in winter.

It was an extremely memorable and lovely stay at this resort. We enjoyed the ocean views, facilities, and other accommodation comforts. People, and staff, were friendly, and welcoming. Coolangatta was quiet and calming, yet with enough amenities (eg 24 hr shops) to provide for maximum comfort. Am very happy with the experience, and would love to stay long-term in such a setting.

The staff were very helpful in all aspects from arrival to booking tours and in house facilities. I would recommend Ocean Plaza Resort to anyone visiting the Gold Coast
