I have stayed at Ocean View Motel more than once. Location close to coast is great for having a walk and also close to beach front eating places. A supermarket is not far away if you need food supplies. Reception staff always courteous and helpful. Away from the city of Perth but other centres of Karrinyup and Innaloo with big Shopping centres not far.

Very Noisy rooms. Every movement made in the room above can be heard. People started moving above at 3am. Will not stay there again

Were pleasantly surprised, the service was very good, very good spot. There really is good ocean view. Maybe a bit old, but its clean so who cares?
Its a basic Motel. Small complex. No pool or outdoor area to sit in the sun except a few sun lounges out the front, almost on the verge. We had one of the best rooms as it faced the ocean. from our balcony we had partial ocean views. Room was serviced daily. A very short walk to the ocean but not the best swimming beach.
Decent motel with basic rooms. Near the beach. Good for budget accomodation.
I really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere of the hotel. I'm not one who enjoys all the bells and whistles of a top hotel, so the Comfort Inn was perfect. Great views of the ocean. I stayed in two different rooms - both spacious, clean and quiet. The management of the Hotel was very friendly too. I'll be staying there again next year!
For the price I paid the service and accomodation was quiote good. I will stay there again in future.
Bed was particular comfortable, pleasant stay.
