Luxury Beach Front Apartments. Apartments are large, spacious and luxurious, with large balconies and glass sliding doors. Most apartments are air conditioned, all with ceiling fans. Master bedrooms are en suite with double basins, spa shaped bath and walk in robe. Fully equipped kitchen, granite bench top with dishwasher/microwave and separate internal laundry with washing machine/dryer. Two bedroom apartments consists of two bedrooms/two bathrooms, (including the en suite) walk in robe, and some units have the additional family/study area. All apartments are fully self-contained. All linen is included in the tariff. Mid-stay service - change of fresh towels and linen is provided for minimum 10 nights stay, or weekly service for guests staying two weeks or longer. Additional bath towels may be hired from reception. Cot/Foldaway beds, video/DVD and additional TV can be hired. 24 Hours notice is required. Coolangatta airport is approximately 25 minutes by car, and to the City of Brisbane or Brisbane airport 50 minutes. Oceana on Broadbeach, beach front property is conveniently located in the Broadbeach area. Cross streets from Surf Parade and the Gold Coast Highway are Armrick and Second Avenue. It is only a few minutes walk to the many restaurants, open air coffee houses offering a variety of cuisine, as well as rows of the best of Gold Coast shopping. Nearby is Gold Coasts biggest shopping centre, Pacific Fair. The Gold Coasts Jupiters Casino and the new Convention Centre are approximately 15 minutes walk, or 3 minutes in the car. Easy access to all theme parks and the hinterland. Only a few minutes to championship golf courses. The Broadbeach Life Saving Club is just adjacent to our property, and the Kurrawa Surf Club where the Australian Surf Titles are held is only 10 minutes walk along the beach path.
