Getting there:By car The property is easily reachable from the Grande Raccordo Anulare, exit Cassia. Then follow the indications for Trionfale. The property is near the Ottavia FM3 railway stop. By train From the Termini railway station, take the underground line A, direction Battistini, and get off at the Valle Aurelia stop. Then take the FM3 railway, direction Viterbo and get off at the Ottavia stop. By airplane The Roma Fiumicino airport is connected to the city by highway or by a local train service, called Leonardo Express, leaving every 30 minutes for Termini station. The Roma Ciampino airport is just a few bus stops from underground line A terminus Anagnina. The ride to Termini takes about 20 minutes.

Restaurant very good and cheap !! 4* Location very quiet !! 5* Train to City - very close, but a big desaster 1* - completely full and no schedule at all over all worth to stay !!

Good basic hotel, no restaurant but breakfast was ok as long as you like sweet, sugary food. Very close to suburban railway link into Rome, with a cost of 4 euros a day on the train and bus anywhere in ROME. Staff very obliging and helpful.
Hotel was decorated with lots of stone/marble floors - looked good but echoed in the halls. Dining area - quite large, split level, very light and airy. Possibly redecorated recently. There is an underground carpark. Walls a bit thin - can hear snoring. Twin/doubles had a balcony. No complaints about hotel as such. Staff have very limited english - take a phrase book - but they are helpful. Only downside is location. Bit far out from city centre so can limit time in city.....but certainly hear the birds in the morning - very nice.

Only for one on a tight budget.The biggest advantage is price. Its location is on the outskirts of Rome with Train connections beyond the metro. At least 30 to 40 mins away from the city centre.
