Newly refurbished cosy ensuite accommodation set in the heart of Limerick city centre with Limerick's finest shops, pubs, restaurants and tourist attractions on our doorstep.
We have a large lounge and breakfast room with complimentary tea/coffee facilities and also a dinks machine with some books to pass the day away.
Due to our central location, noise is inevitable on the weekend nights from the busy pubs and people out, there is normally music in the pubs until 1:00am. All rooms are ensuite, with tv, telephone, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities.
We offer a wide selection of rooms from single to twin/double, family and suites. We are an ideal base for touring the south east or south west and also only 15 minutes by car to Shannon Airport. If your looking for value for money accommodation in the heart of in all, then look no further!
Full Irish, Vegetarian or Continental Breakfast is included in our rates.... You can mix and match or have whatever's in the kitchen, we promise you won't go hungry :-)

| Getting there: |
Follow signs for City centre approching from all routes. Coming in from Dublin, you will come straight onto the one way system at Patrick street by turning left at the traffic lights where the hunt museum is just accross the road from you, continue on until you reach second set of traffic lights where you must turn left onto Denmark Street. Coming in from Shannon via the Ennis Road, you will come in over Sarsfield bridge and take a left at Dunnes Stores, you will then keep in city centre lane and come around by Arthurs Quay Shopping Centre (mid west business institute in front of you) turn right and continue up to next set of traffic lights where you will turn left for Denmark Street. Coming in from all other routes, you will come onto the one way system via Henry Street where you will follow route for city centre, continue in city centre lane to end of Henry Street, and again this will bring you around by Arthurs Quay shopping centre like above. |
| Check-in Procedure: |
Check in after 2pm but if you require an earlier check in, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. If driving onto Denmark (which is a one way street), you may pull up accross the road from us to unload your luggage. |
| Car parking: |
We dont have our own private car park. You may park on Denmark Street itself from 6pm to 8.30am nightly and all day sundays. Otherwise, there is a multi-storey car park just up the road from us which offer hourly, daily, nightly or weekly rates.
We can get a rate of 6.00 for overnight parking which is 30metres from Hotel. |

Children under three years are free of charge. Children between the ages of three and twelve years are half price when sharing with an adult. |
