Old Town Residence Apartments Prague

An ideal location, appt ok.

The apartment was in a baroque style building in a central location. Just note you need to have a contactable phone to enable to organise transfer of money and key with agent. There is no front desk.(luckily one of the tenants in the other apartments rang the agent for me)

The apartments are perfectly located, very close to the city centre, charles bridge and the metro. The apartments are separate from the main hotel, so as a result there is no front desk. But if there are any issues (and we had one with the heating) the staff were contactable by phone and rectified the problems very quickly. It would have been helpful if they had a microwave, but this was only a small problem. There is a Tesco supermarket across the street which is very convenient! I would recommend this hotel!

This is a great place with a great location. Only a 7 minute walk to Old Town Sq. The only suggestion I have for the place is that they need better blinds for the windows. The street lights are right outside and it seems to brighten up the place at night. Also if you are a light sleeper you need be be aware that you can hear cars, the tram, and people on the street below you. Great place though, I highly recommend it.

Hotel is located near all main objects for the visitors.

Spacious and clean 2 bedroom apartment. Plenty of room for a family with 2 teenagers. Excellent location means you can walk everywhere, although it's also near tram and metro points. Great views. Check-in straightforward. So glad we opted for this instead of a hotel. Only sorry we couldn't stay longer.

Great location with lots of charm. Our room even included a crow's nest in the turret. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Very well appointed and newly renovated with excellent cental location next to Metro and Tram and cafes. TAKE EAR PLUGS. The tram runs right under the widow and runs all night!

Everything was excellent, except for a minor spider problem...we encountered a few during our stay, but everything else was above our expectations.

They use exchange office for customes to pick up keys when they arrive, but the staff there do not know anything about the apartment and not very helpful, not enough english to comunicate. They should have a phone for customers to contact the owner for any problems as not everyone has phone with them. Apart from that, it was great location and clean, I would stay again.

Newly renovated, clean and light apartment with excellent location.

White drapes allowed light in our rooms all night long! The shower drain wasn't working and it was impossible to take a shower without having a flood on the bathroom. The lack of reception can also be troublesome. If you arrive after 8pm, be prepared to call them for the codes of the doors. One last surprise was their 3.5% fee for credit cards payment!! Nevertheless, the apartment was quite spacious, located in the central area, near restaurants and public transportation.

The Apartmanets have a great location. In the description it is not clear that it is not run as an Hotel but as Apartment hence : Reseption through change office, Credit cards are charged additional 4% same for Travelers checks, No soap or shampoo, No elevetor to fifth floor, poor TV programs,left laggedge only when change office open 9-20 daily. But a family can spend a week very comfortably and cook their meals. If you are preperd it is an exalent choise.

Apartments were very spacious and clean. All the major tourist attractions were within 10 mins walk. Only problem was that the children found it difficult to sleep. The walls were painted white and the curtains were white making very bright.
