Our staff are encouraged to be themselves and make every effort to help make your time in Hobart as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Getting there: From the airport take a left on the A3 highway into Hobart. Once over the Tasman Bridge, follow the 'City Centre' signage as you exit the freeway. Go straight ahead at the roundabout into the bottom of Liverpool Street. Take a left turn at the first set of lights, into Campbell Street. Stay in the left-hand lane, go over Collins Street and turn left into Macquarie Street, again staying in the left lane. Our entrance is on the left just before the set of lights at the bottom of Macquarie Street.

Taxis ($30-$35 each way) and the Airport Bus ($11.00 each way)are also available.
Check-in Procedure: Check in is available from 2pm. Please present voucher upon check in. Credit card must be presented at check in. Please contact hotel prior to arrival to make alternative arrangements.
Car parking: We have 140 complimentary car parks on-site, however, with 242 rooms parking can be difficult at times. When parking is unavailable on-site, we offer complimentary parking at a secure multi-level car park just 200m walk from reception.
Child Policy: Any additional charges are payable direct to the hotel)
Children 1-3 years are free of charge using existing bedding or cots (No extra guests allowed in Executive Spa Apartment).
