"i lved the setting of the hotel,i wish i knew there were disability rooms as i had to carry my bags up the stairs to get to room112.i suffer chronic spinal pain and leg pains i wasnt offered any help to tke the luggage up,my room safe i couldnt open so i called reception 4help it was 2.12pm the girl said she was on her own and couldnt come up till 3pm,i know its not her fault shortage of staff not good,i thought there was room service for nights as said in the facilities and there wasnt,the resturant club is too noisey to eat there not a relationing atmosphere and not a place to tke a 8year old,but i did lve the hotel.ive booked again to stay on the 19th and 20th september this year and hope i have the disability room" - adel ayoub
