Olympia Hotel Brugge

Twenty minute walk from town centre which turned out to be a good thing as there was a carnival in the town centre operating till 2am, loud music etc. Staff very helpful and cafe/bar open till 11pm. Room small and no air conditioning but otherwise adequate.

Very expensive for what you got. However very clean and a good location. 10 mins walk from the centre..

The staff is very friendly ,the area is very quiet . No parking problems .

Room nice & clean & fresh smelling. Smoking not encouraged. Not allowed to use travel kettle. No fridge. Staff friendly & helpful. Would stay here again & recommend.

Great for a stop over but significantly further from old centre than the write up would suggest (15 mins walk)

We had a lovely stay. The price was very reasonable for the facilities. There is a bustop close by and the railway station is within walking distance (15- 20 min)

Nice quiet location,but a bit far from town centre.Very friendly and helpful staff.Nice cosy clean room.Great breakfast.Again it would be nice if there was a late night cafe nearby,or in the hotel.

Don't worry about the out of town location. There's about 5 or 6 buses per hour going into the centre of Brugge and nightbuses run until 2am. There's no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, apparently the electrical system of the hotel can't handle them! Other than that it's very nice and welcoming.

A small but friendly hotel. A 10 minute walk from the centre of Brugge. Parking is easy as the hotel is situated in a quite residential area.

This was a brief stay but what I saw was commendable. The hotel was clean and reasonably quiet but facitlities were limited. Only a continental buffet breakfast was available there appeared to be no restaurant facitlity. For this you need to visit the city which is about 10 minutes walk. The staff are friendly and helpful and they speak and understand English as did most of the inhabitants of Brugge. If you are travelling on a budget I can recommend this hotel. If you are looking for high class and good proximity then you need to look elsewhere.

There are a couple of restaurants on the way to the centre from the hotel and a very nice chinese restaurant on the corner as you go into town called TAI SHAN Hoek Gistelsesteenweg 23 en Torhoutsesteenweg , 8200 St Andries-Brugge, we enjoyed our weekend at the hotel and although there is a short walk into town we were glad of the hotels quiet location and easy parking. It was also very easy to find as you are very close to the access road off the E40.

The hotel is further from the historic centre of Burgge than their advertising would lead one to believe. Othersie, very friendly and well-appointed.

My wife and I booked this hotel at the last moment as a weekend break to cellabrate our 2nd wedding anniversary. We were both delighted with the hotel in terms of cost and cleanliness, however it is a decent walk to any restaurants or bars if you want to venture out for a nights walk. However, the hotel is only minutes into the town. There is also free wifi internet access which isnt as clearly advertised to guests as it might,......however in general,...if you want a cheap break in Belgium this hotel is seriously worth a look.

The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the main square and there are a couple of good resturants nearby. We where a party of 4 adults and we all have said we would stay here again.

A good, clean hotel 10 mins walk from the city centre, or a 1 euro bus ride. Good facilities. All the staff spoke english and were very helpful.
