good location, cheap, good staff

Good location near Earls Court tube station. The area is not fantastic, neither is the hotel, but it is a good cheap option for a short stay in London.

Basic but clean. Ideal base for budget stay in London

Very small rooms; reasonably priced when booked ahead over Internet. Friendly personnel. Only basic breakfast. Good location near underground for those arriving to Heathrow and continuing to city centre or elsewhere next day.

room was nice, kept missing breakfast although on the receipt it says between 8-9.30am, when its between 8-9am not handy if u are clubbn it all weekend. Place nice, lot of stairs to the 3rd floor tiring walk! staff some friendly,some nosey. very handy for the underground.

It was difficult to obtain information about parking prior to our visit. on arrival the receptionist was helpful but considering we didn't know London very well, instructions to car parks were not at all clear and a local car park map may be useful to introduce. Eventually it was discovered the nearest would cost £55 for 24 hours. Another - more that walking distance away would have cost £32. needing to get the car out next morning and repark it to visit some museums and therefore having to re park it - we decided not to stay overnight and returned home. so - unable to comment beyond this.

The room was world record small, but it was fine for a single. Very good location as it is close to Earl's Court underground. The bathroom was freshly renovated and spotless with a good shower. The hotel is a good value for the money, as hotel rooms are very expensive in London. I would stay there again.

2nd time staying here within a week. Both on business. This time I had a very late check-in due to late night work commitments. Staff were expecting me and very helpful considering the hour of the morning! Great place to get your head down for the needed hours of sleep. Added bonus for this price is that's its en-suite!

A very nice hotel that provides what it advertises. Somewhere clean and comfortable to get your head down, with the aded advantage that it offers en-suite facilities. Single room was maybe a little small but for the price you can't really argue! Great location in London and minutes walk away from transport connections! Will be booking again.

Clean but the room was so small I could touch both walls at the same time. Good value for money through and very well situated.

The hotel was very noisey on every night of our stay there was excessive noise from the room above,with very loud banging which made the light in our room rattle.

The location is great. The entrance and corridors look bad, but rooms are clean and OK. It is quite loud - the hotel is close to the street. Lukasz, Poland
