Boutique hotel with modern fixtures, clean, quiet and very comfortable rooms. Serene, peaceful surroundings yet only 2 minutes leisurely walk to the famous White Beach, restaurants and bars.

Getting there:
Once in Boracay Island, just get off at station 1, take the tricycle to the hotel. The hotel is just at the back area of "Balabag Church" (Famous landmark in Boracay). The hotel is only 2 minutes leisurely walk to the famous White Beach, bars and restaurants.

A true joy to be at this hotel. Staff was absolutely great and very accommodating. The hotel was clean and fresh. I loved the large walk in shower and the great air conditioner. I stayed 3 weeks. I would have stayed more if I could have. I will go back.

Really lovely place, in a quiet part of Boracay away from the beach so you can get away from it all if you want to. Service was great, very clean and modern rooms. One small gripe would be the breakfast, no fresh juice and no fresh milk (only coffee mate! I hate that stuff). I would recommend this place, it's very good value.

Super new hotel a little bit out of the bars and restaurants but 5 mins trike ride to anyware not far from the beach and super hotel and reasonably cheap

Amazing location close to beach and beautiful building. Staff is the best and made for a trip that will not be forgotten. I look forward to staying here again.

My family had a great stay at One Crescent Place. Eventhough it's not beachfront, we still had a great time - everything was great. I have to mention how my 2 boys aged 9 and 4 loved playing X-box at the hotel's lobby. Free internet access was also appreciated. The atmosphere was very homey and personal, very relaxing. The staff was all kind and friendly - would always talk to my children and let them borrow beach toys, mat, etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Boracay. Definitely, we'll book here again once we go back to Boracay.
