"1. No key available for safe - told last people had taken it. 2. Smokers on balcony below negated our non-smoking room. 3. Ice cube tray wouldn't freeze, had to buy ice. 4. No Foxtel or Austar chanels. 5.$5 delivery fee added to room service prices. 6. 40 minute wait to get seat in restaurant and when finally seated only 2 other tables had patrons. 7. Frm Syd take Pacific Hwy towards Hornsby. Before Hornsby (Wahroonga) take F3 Fway to Newcastle. Travel the Freeway to the end then continue along the pacific Hwy until Coffs Harbour. Approx 6 hrs. Travel through Coffs, approx 7km nth of Coffs on right side is Opal Cove Resort. 538km
