Clean and well managed Boutique hotel, cetrally located, friendly and helpful staff. One small point which is easy to improve: the hot water kept in a self-heating kettle at the breakfast buffet for self service should be adjusted so that the water will be kept hot enough to properly activate the tea bags.

the front desk service needs inprovment. the price may be a bit high for the lack of service in the hotel. if you need a bed and nothing more take it but for a weekend outing NO.
We found the hotel to be welcoming and the staff courteous and helpful. Zurich is a beautiful city and the staff ensured that we had a map and that we knew how to get around. The Opera Hotel was extremely well presented and the appointments of a very high standard. We enjoyed our stay.
