"Not very impressed. Double room was very small. Shower was very very small. Shower didn't drain so had to keep shower very short or risk flooding! Am still waiting for my receipt 3 days later which I was told would be emailed to me in 10 mins because they had trouble printing it. Not at all what I would call a 'boutique' hotel as described." - jim connor

"Room was extremely small and very hot. On the fourth floor and no lift with a very narrow staircase that had uneven and steep steps. Room size should have been for a single only as climbing over the bed to get in and out of one side of it was not ideal. Window broken and would not close. TV reception virtually non existant" - Anonymous
