Orchard Hotel Singapore

I have stayed at this hotel many times and always keep comming back because of its location, facilities and efficient staff

It was a pleasant stay. Though the hotel may be old, the rooms had renovation. The location along Orchard Road is great.

Excellent hotel in a great location.

Hotel is in a great location offcourse. Staff are excellent too. Could do with another refurbishment for the room I had. A few small issues with clean sheets and the chair in the room. Otherwise ok. Even though I e-mailed the hotel direct about my later arrival time, the room was not ready and I had to wait over 1hr30mins, which after 3 drinks later I only received just the 1 complimentary drink. It was after 8:30pm before I got to my room.

I have stayed at the Orchard several times over the years. The Hotel is a great location at the top end of Orchard Road. We had breakfast there one morning as it was not included in the tariff (TC needs to make this much clearer in its rates). Can not fault this hotel. It was a comfortable, spacious room.

This hotel the staff are well mannered and professionally trained to handle some issues or problems. That was why it was recommended to friends from overseas. Bravo!!!

Even during the midst of the APEC conference with World leaders in town, (and many delegates at the hotel) the Orchard ran smoothly and calmly - and as independent travellers all our requests / preferences were honoured - we were treated just as importantly and given an excellent room at an excellent price and allowed a very early check-in. Fantastic location.

Hotel is ideally located at the end of Orchard Road. Great breakfast. Pool is really good. Rooms are little dated, but comfortable.

Good comfortable room with excellent facilities

they could not give us a room with a queen bed only two singles when we had requested both rooms to have queeen beds.the price of beer in the bar was very high. They only had 1 person on when we were trying to check out and so was everyone else so had to wait to long.

Althought the hotel was extremely busy, the staff handled all services provided really well. Excellent location with reasonably priced food and drink offerings. Overall a really good experience - would have no hesitation staying there again and recommending to anyone visiting Singapore.

My fiance and I only stayed for only two nights but it was enough to leave a very good impression on us. We were given a free upgrade upon check-in, the staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet had amazing variety. We will definitely consider staying here again when visiting SG in the future.

I stayed here in 2007 and now again. Good location, breakfast and swimming pool. Unfortunately the area near the hotel has become more like a red light district.

i stayed in orchard hotel for the first time and really didn't like it... very thin wall, and doors too, i could hear doors slamming sound of of the whole floor...and the ppl talking next door..

Excellent hotel right at the top of Orchard Road.

Because of over booking I received an upgrade to executive floor where facilities were excellent. I found the food - mostly buffet style - to be 'average' at best. Room service meal was mediocre. All hotel staff were approachable, helpful and very pleasant. I would stay there again.
