"Fittings are old but functional. Front of house service is very poor, starting from doormen who don't take your bags. I've stayed several times but the Reception still doesn't have my personal details. Reception is unfriendly to the point of sullenness sometimes. "Excellent staff reception.. makes you feel warmth and welcomed once u step into the place. Got a free upgrade to a bigger room, which makes the stay even more pleasant. Will recommend to anyone who wishes to have a nice and well received stay. " - Anonymous
"Friday and Saturday nights you could hear the 'thump thump' of the disco next door. Not enough to be of much bother but it was noticeable.

"This was the worst 4star hotel I have stayed in it. I should of been rated 3star, the decor and room are very tired looking needs a huge makeover, the staff arnt as pleasant as all other 4stars really disappointed. Very expensive not worth it at all, just because they are just a step away from orchard, dosnt mean they fit to be called a 4star. Wouldnt recommend it at all, will not stay here again, to expensive to pricey, and just a dissaster thank god we didnt book here for the rest of our holiday in singapore. " - MATAPAKIA MANU
