Just renovated apartments (Sept 2004) in a turn of a century building. The apartments can accommodate up to 6 people. Ideal for families or groups of friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with vitroceramic cooker, fridge, pots and pans, toaster, microwave and all of the comforts of home. There is an extra small space that contains the washing-dryer machine, iron and ironing board. The bathroom has been newly installed. It comes with a large shower try, toilet, modern sink unit and vanity mirror and also hairdryer. TV, CD player and radio, DVD, Air conditioning. INTERNET CONEXION ADSL WIFI (2.4 MB)

Getting there:
If you come by plane to El Prat Barcelona Airport you can take the Aerobús (blue bus) to Plaça Catalunya, Once there you walk to Pelai street (next to ramblas) and turn into Jovellanos street, the apartment is right there on your right side (calle Tallers). If you arrive at Girona airport take the bus that brings you to Barcelona "Paseo de Sant Joan", from there you can take the metro, line 2, only 2 stops to "Universitat". From there walk down "Pelai" street and turn into Jovellanos street, the apartment is right there on your right side (calle Tallers). Just around the corner of the Ramblas and Pelai street, the main shopping area. This pedestrian street has many fashion shops and with the mix of tourists and Barcelona's own folk, gives a cosmopolitan and multicultural feeling. Walking distance to most places of interest.

Check-in Procedure:
Call us 30 minutes before arriving to Barcelona at +34 636604608 or +34 609278470, we will go to the apartment to meet you (there is no reception desk). Outstanding balance of the reservation will be taken on arrival (in cash) before the apartment keys are given. A deposit of 150 Euros against damage is taken along with the rest of the payment and will be refunded on departure. * We are flexible with your arrival and departure times. Only arrivals after 9 pm will have a supplement of 30 Euro

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. the Double bedroom has a queen size double with ample wardrobe space. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and another wardrobe. The living area of the apartment provides the guests with a pullout sofa for 2 additional persons, large dinning table and sits, air conditioning and hi-fi. The living room and the double bedroom have large windows to the main street, from where you can watch people go by. The kitchen is fully equipped with vitroceramic cooker, fridge, pots and pans, toaster, microwave, washing machine and all of the comforts of home.The bathroom has been newly installed with a large shower try, toilet, modern sink unit and vanity mirror, and also hairdryer.
