The staff all around the hotel were professional, courteous and helpful to a fault, the rooms were modern, spacious and clean and the cuisine on offer was first class. "I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Brunei. Their service, friendliness and cleanliness are excellent. They have free airport transfers and free shuttle buses to Downtown and Gadong.
Even though we stayed in a room that allows smoking, the room was very clean and there was no smok smell. Breakfast was typical for this type of hotel, so no complaints.
