Friendly staff, Good hotel for a transit stop. The shuttle service was very good to get into city and shops. Nice food in the restaurant and room service

Facilities were unusable as we are women and every day except 2 days per week are men only days. You can't use the facilities if you are a woman and unfortunate enough to arrive on a mens only day. Alternatively if you are a man and arrive on womans day you can't use the facilities. Also there is a free bus to town that was inflexible when we asked to be picked up 10 mins later despite us being the only ones using the bus.

The room we had was very spacious, although the fixtures were somewhat outdated. Overall, I think our stay at the Orchid Garden was great. Will definitely come back!

A nice hotel close to the airport for a one night stay. I had booked for another three nights on my return from China: the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel didn't have my name even though it was booked. The early morning call came 15mns late. Was very unhappy when the shuttle bus booked to pick me up at the mall did not turn up, had the security officer from the mall to ring the hotel, and finally had to fetch a cab & paid the fare. Bad service in that regard!!! breakfast fair, mainly asian food, also continental.

Incredibly nice hotel. Highly recommended. I will definetivt stay there again.

stayed in june in standard room.absolutely no complains.they checked us in at 6.30am no extra charge ,close to airport but you get free shuttle to and from the airport and the citycentre so distance is no issue.extremely friendly staff from driver to manager,execellent service and buffet breakfast is great but buffet dinner is cheap and not to be missed.we travel a lot and i havent eaten so yummy food and made to order dishes anywhere so far.this is the only hotel I will ever stay in brunei.

This hotel is easily accessible from the airport and the staff were excellent. Rooms well appointed and good quality linen. Bathrooms looking a little shabby and could benefit from maintenance and repair in places. Good value for money however.

Great service, clean, comfortable but there is really not much to do or see in Bandar Seri Begawan. You will be better off spending your time in Malaysia or Singapore.

i enjoyed my stay. love the complimentary breakfast. the thing is i had to ride a taxi from the airport. but when the hotel had a complimentary car to drive me to the airport after my check out.

An excellent place for a visit to BSB.Away from the city so is a bit quieter yet easy access to town with the scheduled free transfers.Location also allows for quick access to the airport for flights without having to be ready hours before a flight. Very friendly staff who were keen to assist in all enquiries. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were fantastic. Overall would definitely recommend to anyone.

Look impressive in entry hall. Good service - airport pick up free. Great for short stopover. Chinese restaurant good. Rooms look good on surface but bathroom a little dirty and carpet in corridors dated. Don't provide shower gel / shampoo so take this if on stopover. Overall good value for money and convenient as stopoevr hotel as close to airport.

Free pick-up from airport and return plus shuttle bus to town makes this a very useful hotel. Buffet breakfast was plentiful (but cold) and the same with the dinner buffet. I received a room upgrade which was good. Would highly recommend.

Worth every cent staying at this hotel. Bruneian people have an outstanding customer service. Certainly like staying at a 5 star hotel.

hotel was lovely, especially if just stopping for a night. it has shuttle bus's to airport (10 mins) and the city (15mins). the rooms are very generous, free mini bar, lovely bathroom and lots of space. Only let down was the gym... really is twenty years ago, small and struggle at best. Had a massage that was v good there.

I found the staff at The Orchid Garden very friendly,maybe not as professional as some other hotels where I have stayed,but they were all very welcoming and more than happy to try to help with any request. The only downside to the Orchid Garden is that it is not within walking distance of the town center or restaurants but there is a courtesy bus or car from the hotel.

excellent hotel, close to airport,has a regular mini-bus to town.we stayed 3 nights which was great as we took a couple of tours.most people use this hotel as a stopover but this place deserves more time.room was very good in all aspects.breakfast was wonderful with a chef available for omelets of which I had a few!!!!food a mixture of asian and western buffet style.

Great hotel to stay if you're stopping over in Brunei for a night, and don't have the time to go to the town centre. Great Buffet dinner! Best of all is the free shuttle service to and from the airport...

I was very impressed with Orchid Garden Bandar Seri Bagawan and it is definitely my intention to return there in the not-so-distant future. The staff all around the hotel were professional, courteous and helpful to a fault, the rooms were modern, spacious and clean and the cuisine on offer was first class. The hotel also had a great atmosphere and was in close proximity to the airport, which makes it very convenient. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel
