Getting there:
From the hotel, it takes only 15 minutes to reach the shopping centre ‘West End City Centre’ with tram 14, and from there it takes 5 minutes by metro line 2 to reach the centre of Budapest. Bus 105, which stops in front of the hotel, takes our guests to the famous Hõsök tere (Heroes’ Square) and to Deák tér (Deak Square), which is one of the central squares and the interchange of all metro lines. By car and by coach Hotel Oriental is easily accessible from the A2 and M3 highways, which enter Budapest nearby.

Breakfast at 7am was almost unexisted. Juices on request, bread rolls on request... Couple of plates of mortadela-slices, coffee from coffeemachine - that's all. After 9am almost everything were finished and they didn't refill anything... So 1 big minus for breakfasts. Otherwise - worth its price.

There was very good service on breakfast but on sunday the rolls and the bread wasn´t too fresh as we thought it would be.But they had nice china vasses.

Very nice clean rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast. Secure parking, 20 minute walk from the centre of Budapest. Close to local shops. We are planning a return trip to Budapest and will definately use the Oriental again.

While this hotel is on the outskirts, it is on a trolly line and a 15 minute ride from the city center and the Danube. Breakfast is good.
