"When you step in, it looks like a normal 5* hotel, but in deeper thoughts, I felt it is just so so. The receptionis were slower than normal without any smile. They wanted to offer an extra room for extra fee with nice view to harbour, I expected the room will be in the sky. Then they told me it's on the toppest floor, which is 6th floor... so not a high building. The room was clean and ok. They concierge was helpful. The TV tower is really just steps away." - Anonymous
"Good hotel with spacious and well equiped rooms. Impressive views across the river to the Bund. Line 2 underground station is five minutes walk away which makes the hotel ideal for exploring shanghai's central atractions.
