This hotel is a genuine oasis in a chaotic city. Taking breakfast in the courtyard, you could easily forget you're in the middle of what many travellers would consider a slum. Most of the the staff are friendly and helpful. Don't even think about leaving a car on the street overnight.
The hotel was clean and service was friendly and warm. Great location. Walking distance to palazzo normani and train station and bus stops.

new tiny boutique hotel,we liked it there,but too difficult with out a car,and parking almost impossible to find as any where in a big city. nice big bathrooms,would stay there again
