"Room was small and clean. Typical of Japanese hotels. Just a place to sleep. Location-wise it's quite close to the major shopping areas and food is easy to come by. However, I do not recommend this hotel to travellers who are in Osaka for the 1st time or do not speak Japanese at all. It can be quite a challenge finding the hotel if you do not speak Japanese at all. " - Anonymous

TV needs upgrading and access to a english channel would be great.
