Excellent Location if you want to be at the centre of Saigon. Staff are friendly and obliging. Things that can improve are: Breakfast: the choices are a little limited. Dining room staff seems to pay more attention to European customers than non European who happens to make up more than half of the guests. Lifts: too slow. Room: Even in non smoking rooms, one can sometimes smell smokes in the the corridor.
Service was excellent. Gym was cramped and difficult to use. Internet down stairs often did not work, but when it did it was very slow. I would recommend for service and location and price.

Hotel good except the elevators are in bad shape.
Location was excellent and within walking distance to market/shops and sights. Breakfast included a variety of asian and western food. Requested for a premium deluxe room with city view but got a view of the neighbor's roof instead (room was on second floor). The hotel promptly changed my room after I complained. I would stay there again.
I had reserved a Superior Deluxe room but because all the SD rooms had been allocated by the time we checked in late in the evening, we were given a double upgrade to a premium deluxe room. Even at this level the room was small, although we did have a window in the room.
It was a fantastic neighborhood, and we liked how clean and well-run the hotel was. We also enjoyed the breakfast there, and would highly recommend this hotel to another traveler.
Would definitely stay at this hotel again if in Saigon and would recommend it to anyone
There is not enough information about the hotel and its facilities provided in the room
Having recently stayed at this Hotel, I suggest to other travellers that they ask to see the room first. The room we were given had no windows ! When we asked if we could move to another, we were told that the Hotel was fully booked. Building noise, from a room across from ours, required 2 phone calls, before the racket stopped. Breakfast was OK.
Nice view from the breakfast buffet on the top floor. My room had no external window (which I knew in advance). The toilet was positioned so close to the shower that I had to sit almost sideways to have room from my knees. The aircon unit had an annoying transient noise for a 10 or so seconds once every 30-60 mins which took a bit of getting used to, but after 1 or 2 nights I could sleep through it. 2 free internet PCs in the lobby but extremely slow at times. There are 3 (slow) elevators in the building but they operate independantly so you have to push all 3 buttons to be sure to get the closet one! Apart from the above, I have no complaints. This hotel seems to provide an appropriate level of service for the price.
My main peeve is that we were put in a room (a alleged upgrade!) and there was noise of construction in the afternoon. We left to visit the city and when coming back at 8PM the noise of drilling and hammering was unbearable! Complaints to management did not result in a cessation of the noise but after much discussion to apologies and the relocation to a room that had been recently renovated but did not have a window (not recommended for those who are claustrophobic!)
Localized in city center, near shopping, restaurants, disco, jazz bar etc... WiFi free of charge. efficient airco. Fitness center, sauna, massage, every thing you need to enjoy life there. Only bad point: 50% of the rooms do not have windows.
Found front desk staff slightly abrupt at first but warmed after first day. Hotel insists on holding passports for your safety although we had a safe in our room, spoke to one guest who refused to leave it and hotel agreed, so maybe worth standing your ground. No problem getting them back on departure. Other than that the hotel was a delight, the staff were very helpful and friendly - always willing for a joke and a lovely smile. Had some renos happening on lower floors so a bit noisy at times but no louder than the traffic. Great location, pleanty of shopping, food and transport. Tour bookings were cheaper at hotel than outside (which we found out). Food fairly standard for 3 star but plenty of it. Would return next time in HCMC.
Overall the hotel is good. Suggestion is restaurant should have more veg varieties
I stayed at the deluxe room. They have renovated the hotel and I stayed at the new renovated room. It was clean and spacious. It's just a pity that I haven't got the window. But it was really a nice room. I felt compfortable there.
I was very pleased w/ the cleanliness of the hotel. The staffs were friendly & helpful. The price could be a little bit more competitive.
The Senior Deluxe Room I booked on [your website] was in the 9th floor with excellent view to Ngyuen Hue Street (one of the main shopping streets downtown) and City Hall. The room had a laminated floor which I prefer over carpeted floor. Bathroom big and well equipped. ABF buffet sumptuous with Western & Asian choices. Reception- & cleaning staff utmost attentive and English speaking. Location is just superb in the middle of everything. I know where to stay next time in Ho Chi Minh City. Very good value for money.
It was my first time in vietnam and I am totally very pleased to get this hotel last minutes. The hotel service staff are all very polite and helpful. Even the tour guide is perfect. The price is really worthwhile for the kind location with restaurants, bars and a big department store just right opposite. Is defintely a good hotel that I would highly recommended.
This is my 3rd stay in the hotel within 3 months and this time round, they put me in the older rooms. The hotel should upgrade the rest of the rooms from Level 5 downwards. The location of the hotel is excellent and with free internet access in the lobby. Staff is prompt and polite.
