Nice old building with character. Good location near old town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good Polish food in basement restaurant.
Excellent, big rooms. 5 mins from Old Town square. Easy parking in the area. We are definitely going there again.
The breakfast was good, and the kindness of the hotel staff was excellent. I like to recommend this hotel, if you is staying in Krakow for holiday visit.
Friendly staff. Only issue was breakfast were the quality and range could have been better and the staff were a little slow to replenish and clear the tables
my wife and myself stopped here for 4 days in march 08 and we could not fault the hotel or the staff.well placed for the city center ( 500mtrs ).
Excellent very friendly hotel, we had to get up very early so they provided a packed breakfast. Rooms large , take your own travel kettkle & tea & coffee. only 5 mins from the town centre
A great little hotel with bigger than average rooms and lots of character. Very friendly and helpful staff. Located 5 minutes walk from the old town.
A wonderful hotel. Very large clean rooms with helpful staff.
Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms good sizes, very clean and beds far too comfortable!
Staff were both friendly and professional. Rooms very comfortable. Location, 10min walk to main square. Only slight draw back, no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Hotel was very good, especially cleanliness and the room were excellent. Also the breakfast was very good.
Lovely spacious hotel only 10 minutes walk from the main square. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful, especially if you want information on places to visit in and around Krakow. The breakfast buffet was ample, with both hot and cold options. The hotel is situated on a very busy road, with trams going past between 5am and 11pm, so if you like your peace and quiet then either keep the windows closed or go elsewhere. The only problem i found with this hotel is that our matress was very hard, it prevented me getting a good nights sleep the whole time i was there.
