"The thermostat didn't work, and the room got extremely hot overnight. The next day, we were shown how to "pull the fuse" in order to turn the heat off. The temperature remained comfortably warm then, as heat continued to pour into the bathroom, and with that door open, into the sleeping area. If you choose Osuna, find out going in how to control the heat. Everything else was fine. " - Anonymous
"Shuttle available from airport and also to IFEMA. Great as I went there on business trip for MATALEC exhibition at the IFEMA. However, as there is only one shuttle, there was a bit of waiting. Receptionist not friendly. Breakfast was quite expensive! " - Anonymous

The “Olivar de Hinojosa” Golf Club is within easy reach, barely 2km away. The Canillejas underground station (line 5), located 1km away, provides uncomplicated access to the town center. A huge shopping center is situated just off the hotel.
