Good value for a quick stay next to MAD airport. Convenient shuttle bus is available, but you better call the hotel before you wait too long. Reception area is fine, but our room could do with some refurbishing. Anyway, it was fine.
Positive: Very good breadfast(was complimentary). Shuttle service was good. Negative: No iron in room, No individual heating control in room, No free internet service.

The thermostat didn't work, and the room got extremely hot overnight. The next day, we were shown how to "pull the fuse" in order to turn the heat off. The temperature remained comfortably warm then, as heat continued to pour into the bathroom, and with that door open, into the sleeping area. If you choose Osuna, find out going in how to control the heat. Everything else was fine.
Shuttle available from airport and also to IFEMA. Great as I went there on business trip for MATALEC exhibition at the IFEMA. However, as there is only one shuttle, there was a bit of waiting. Receptionist not friendly. Breakfast was quite expensive!
Absolutely super! We recommend this hotel to everyone, particularly for near airport access. Most friendly, brilliant breakfast set-up and free shutlebus to and from aitport. 100%
A bit far from the city, it took a bus and train ride into the city. The Hotel is very nice but found the reception quite slow. Has a great swimming pool.
A little funky but the airport shuttle was helpful.

A great hotel! Maybe not so convenient if you stay several days in Madrid for city-sight seeing, because of the distance (near the airport), but I stayed only a very short time and had early flights! so it was perfect for me. Great rooms! very kind people!
Location near the Madrid airport with 24 hour shuttle service is perfect for that early morning flight. The impression as you drive up is deceiving--it's much nicer than it appears. Good restaurant, pretty grounds and pool, rooms in the annex are new and very nice with large bathrooms. An excellent value at 65 Euros per night (Sept. 03). Prices in the restaurant are also a good value for somewhat above average food.
Very clean and calm room (#331), nice and friendly people, excellent shuttle service. I will come back.
