"Fantastic location and breakfast at the poolside on the 25th floor, looking over the entire Copacabana Bay and beyond, simply breathtaking. The reception area leaves alot to be desired. It was like an airport waiting area. For an enormous hotel, I was dismayed to find only three cramped ill-lit cubicles for internet access. Only one of these, at the time, was capable of actually accessing the internet - and you had to pay another 20 dollars for an hour of this privilege. The bedroom's walk in shower was really dangerous. The floor pan didn't drain properly so that, even with the tiny rubber mat down, both myself then my wife nearly slipped over trying to exit and there are no handles on the walls to save yourself." - William Horner
