Had a lovely stay and the staff were very supportive.
Good location and price- a couple of things- Aircon is really old and it didn't cool the room sufficiently. Toilet roll holder was broken too. Other than that good place to stay for the price,

the location it is a bit away from CBD (about 15mins driving), but it does have a few restaurants and some shops around it. I got a quite spacy room with 2 double beds! It is a very comfortable stay! It has a breakfast buffet for $10 from 7am - 9am, you will have bacon, sausage, egg, beans, cereals...ect. The lady who serves the buffet is very nice and friendly! I am very very happy with this motel, if I have a chance to go to gold coast again, I will definitely stick with it!!!
For the price we paid it was ok. They need to get rid of a pest problem, their was a few cockroaches and spiders in the room. I felt that the receptionist was helpful, but a hotel with no room service to freshen up things was a bit off putting so was the $1.00 toilet roll fee and the $2.00 fee for some fresh towels after a few days.
Room had mouldy bathroom - mould around tiles & bath, beds had old & faded bedspreads with some rips in them( material had rotted) , very noisy with traffic as our room was facing the Gold Coast Highway
This place just needs to have the quilts clean more regular. Other than that it is a good place to stay .. the price is right. Close to everything you need and beach as well I have used this place 3 times and will use it again
I stayed at this place as for food and shops it is a great place to stay.. Cleanliness they need to watch this as the quilts on the top of the bed are dirty and need to clean them more regular but that wouldn't stop me going back to the place. Its worth the money you pay for it
Very close to beach restaurants and hotels - Fortuinate to have a nerwly refurbished room
Excellent value for money. Good location handy to everything. Downside - onsite Restaurant not operational, but handy to good eating locatins
Was a good place to stay close to every shop you would need etc food.clothes. Only thing is i miss having a toaster. But i have and will go there again
Great if you just want a bed. Nothing fancy, but clean. Burleigh heads is away from the hustle and bustle of Surface Paradise. It’s across from a patrolled beach.
You get what you pay for. All good for $70 a night would recomend.
clean and tidy not bad for the price, pool area a little run down but still in good condition and useable but is older place but good value for money would rate as only 3 star tho comparing with other places but would stay again.
Over all experience was good, no excessive noise apart from the air con unit. Counter staff were pleasant to deal with. Our grievance was that the room was not serviced during the day. We place our used towels in the bath so they would be replaced with clean ones but it didn't happen. Tea/coffee wasn't topped up either. Lucky we brought our own. Also there is a combined shower/bath in the room we stayed in which was awkward to use for one in our party as they had a previous injury that limited their movement. Entry to said area required a step over and up. Also would not be good for people over 185 cm tall.
This was a fairly good hotel for a stop over, nothing fancy but was nice.
not 2 bad not very good air con
Basically a roof over your head Our balcony had no privacy from adjoining guests The beds were very hard but otherwise adequate for the price.
Just that the air-con wasn't cold enough, but the hotel offer a different room on the second day which makes everything perfect
Good and clean, no problem, just basic place to stay. Being a non serviced package, not a really complete place, but not bad either. Secure parking available.
Stayed 3 nights. No spare toilet roll, so I ran out.
