"1. It was a shame that the restaurant was not open during the afternoon or that there was no room service prior to 5pm. it was raining and would have been nice to have the option to get some thing to eat. that is the difference between a hotel and apartments - something to consider with further booking. 2. It would have been nice to have milk already in the fridge/room, rather than having to go back down to reception to get it. 3. There was quite bad water hammering heard from within our room. 4. View was great, even though raining! 5. Big spacious apartment." - Anonymous

"This is an apartment based hotel showing its age. In many cases it looks old and tired and in some cases the furniture is well past its used by date. Maintenance staff were good but after trying to fix all of our problems we had to be shifted with an up grade, new apartment was great. " - Elizabeth Newnham
