Just a multi level motel, really. Housekeeping confusion, no service 1st day, banging on the door at 8am on departure day. Very good buffet breakfast. OK if you need to stay in Coolangatta, but better value to be had in Broadbeach & Surfers.
We had a great experience staying in this Hotel. The staff delivered quality service and very pleasant attending to our needs. The buffet food was delicious and its nice ambiance. We were glad they used organic toiletries too.We highly recommend this resort. Thank you Outrigger Twin Towns- Gold Coast!
The room was a good size and had a nice outlook. Some of the fittings are due for reneweal (toilet seat and some loose fittings)Was ok for the price.
This was an excellent place to stay for 4 nights with the RSL Club walk-through for reasonable meals & entertainment. Close to beach & shopping. We liked it better than the busier parts of the Gold Coast, yet still easy access to the Theme Parks & Gold Coast Airport. The 1 bedroom unit was great for our needs.

An excellent experience. I have stayed there by choice 3 times now and would recommend it to anyone looking for style, convenience, cleanliness, comfort and position. A great place in a great position.
Great location. Only about 7 minutes from coolangatta airport. Next time we fly out of the goldcoast. I would stay here again. Nice room, good views. Very handy to everything.
Nice hotel only hundred metres or so from beach, great view from balcony and close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets. Strange set up with lifts being a fair walk from lobby- couple minute walk probably. Our accommodation deal included buffet breakfast which was pretty good. If I could get a similar priced deal with breakfast i'd stay there again.

Great location if you want a slower pace then Surfers Paradise. Local beaches are great, shops close by, great shows and food at Twin Towns Club which is attached by a walkway . Will come back again

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Outrigger Resort will be re-booking this hotel in the future. Great locaton. Close to shopping, cafes, restaurants and clubs. Hotel facilities are excellent and staff very helpful and friendly. Room airconditioner could do with some maintenance as the fan was very noisy.
Could recommend this Resort 100% stayed 4 days and totally enjoyed would go again
Outrigger Tweed Heads is an excellent place to stay, very friendly staff, clean and quiet, excellent location - we will be staying again.
Enjoyed our stay just disappointed that there was no longer room service for evening meals.
