"Good location if you want some entertainment. The rooms need renovation soon. The service/reception is excellent and so is the little coffeeshop and breakfast buffet. But the elevators are terrible: only 2 out of 3 working and they are used by the staff most of the time. I must have spent hours all together waiting for them. Also bad was the expensively charged WiFi which coulnd't work. I received a refund but was out of reach for 3 days... " - Frederic Beerens
"Outstandingly friendly service make up for any weak points in this hotel. Having transferred to here from an appalling Accor facility in Quezon City it felt like an Oasis to have a large, clean, well-proivisioned room and a comfortable bed. The location will cause either delight or despair (right in the heart of the night 'club' precinct) but it's a short taxi ride to shopping centres and the Makati commercial district.
