"If u want access to Burgos St, hotel is well positioned. And staff are generally friendly. But be prepared for tired rooms, overlooking a noisy street (no double-glazing), an old mattresses / pillows / sheets and painfully slow elevators. And below average food. Other hotels in Makati offer better value." - Anonymous
"The hotel was nice but needs to improve on some areas like: service in the restaurant for buffet breakfast when things are finished they should refilled it straight away not to let guests ask them to do so, hotel taxi is too expemsive compare to the local once, too much noise throughout the night. The room was good but the double bed was too small for us so we request for an upgrade to a business executive room, it was comfortable and big. We enjoyed our stay...thank you." - Anonymous
"arriving at 10.30pm the delux rooms which i had booked were taken so they upgraded me for the same price i ended up with a 180 degree view of the city great place to stay" - LARRY BRADEN
"Though rooms are pretty spacious, the rest of the facilities (lobby, breakfast room etc.) are cramped. Long waiting time or ...patience also needed to move up and down the 24 floors... most probably also busy by the close proximity of the "red district" !" - Anonymous
