"Tired and very basic. We had to ask for a bulb for the bedside light, the shower attachment to the wall was broken, there was no plug for the bath and none available in the hotel. Towels were old, one had a large rip in it. It needs urgent refurbishment. We go to Lisbon fairly regularly and would not consider using this hotel again. " - Anonymous
"The room was clean but situated on a busy street and thus noisy at night. Breakfast room was crowded and we had to wait for a table. As usual in Portugese cities - parking wasn't arranged in any way, luckily we managed to find a parking space. Bus connection with the city centre was great, as a couple of buses stopped by the hotel. Good value if using the internet discounts." - Tarmo Tael
