"It was a really good stay in Hanoi, but we advise to take the rooms of the upper floor to avoid the street's noise. The breakfast was really good with many choices. We take also benefits of the experience and the professional advise of the members of the Pacific Hotel. We have ordered further touristic trips such as Ha Long Bay ... It was a good quality /Price ratio. We trusted them for the rest of our stay in Vietnam and we are satisfied about the prestations.

"Half of the hotel is next to a construction site that is in operation 24 hours/day. It was impossible to sleep so we moved to the other side. The first room that we had had leaky plumbing and the bathroom floor stayed flooded. The second room was better but all three rooms that we stayed in were in desperate need of painting and new carpets. " - Anonymous
