"A clean and comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Staff very friendly and helpful with a good quality buffet breakfast of Vietnamese and, to a lesser extent, Western-style food. Restaurant meals tasty and good value. We took a one day trip to Hua Lu and Tam Coc booked through the hotel which was of a good standard and seemingly comparable with much of what is on offer in Hanoi.
Traffic noise is a problem for nearly all central hotels in Hanoi - it'll happen no matter where you stay, unless triple glazed!" - Joseph Curran
"An excellent small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It has free internet access which is a great bonus. The breakfast was good value and since included in the price made for even better value. I think it was one of the best value hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are a reasonable size with a reasonable sized en suite. It was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel (and indeed did so to some fellow travellers we met). "It was a really good stay in Hanoi, but we advise to take the rooms of the upper floor to avoid the street's noise. The breakfast was really good with many choices. We take also benefits of the experience and the professional advise of the members of the Pacific Hotel. We have ordered further touristic trips such as Ha Long Bay ... It was a good quality /Price ratio. We trusted them for the rest of our stay in Vietnam and we are satisfied about the prestations.
