Pacific Hotel Hanoi

It was a really good stay in Hanoi, but we advise to take the rooms of the upper floor to avoid the street's noise. The breakfast was really good with many choices. We take also benefits of the experience and the professional advise of the members of the Pacific Hotel. We have ordered further touristic trips such as Ha Long Bay ... It was a good quality /Price ratio. We trusted them for the rest of our stay in Vietnam and we are satisfied about the prestations.

Half of the hotel is next to a construction site that is in operation 24 hours/day. It was impossible to sleep so we moved to the other side. The first room that we had had leaky plumbing and the bathroom floor stayed flooded. The second room was better but all three rooms that we stayed in were in desperate need of painting and new carpets.

Hotel staffs were all friendly and my stay was comfortable. I will be revisit the hotel if I have a chance.

A good budget choice. Good location to explore the city, very safe and the taxi was very useful from the airport! Would probably choose a place closer to the lake next time, but a nice place.

For what we were paying, the hotel was surprisingly clean and the service was ok. Breakfast was pretty average. No elevator. Excellent position in Hanoi, neighbourhood was fantastic - interesting and atmospheric.

It's a very clean hotel and they have huge rooms. Will definitely go back there. If they can provide a better selection of vegetarian breakfast would be good.

A clean and comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Staff very friendly and helpful with a good quality buffet breakfast of Vietnamese and, to a lesser extent, Western-style food. Restaurant meals tasty and good value. We took a one day trip to Hua Lu and Tam Coc booked through the hotel which was of a good standard and seemingly comparable with much of what is on offer in Hanoi. Traffic noise is a problem for nearly all central hotels in Hanoi - it'll happen no matter where you stay, unless triple glazed!

Clean, comfortable and air conditioned. Excellent staff who are very helpful, free internet access, good location between old city (a 10-15 min walk) and the attractive adminitrative centre with its French colonial architecture. Very good value for money. One half of the hotel has no lift.

Very high english proficient front desk staff.

We were a group of 4 ladies on our first overseas trip together. The staff were very friendly and took the time to remember our names and make sure we were OK and checked where we were going and what we were doing each day. The hotel was very basic but clean.

A small hotel with a convenient location near the old quarter and fabulous helpful staff. Will use again. Great value.

An excellent small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It has free internet access which is a great bonus. The breakfast was good value and since included in the price made for even better value. I think it was one of the best value hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are a reasonable size with a reasonable sized en suite. It was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel (and indeed did so to some fellow travellers we met). Plan to visit and stay again

For a two star hotel this was a bargain. Highly recommended.

Good Hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. A short walk from the centre of Hanoi, but I considered the hotel very good value for money.
