"Good position, walking distance to everything in the city, staff very helpful, apartment well positioned. Could do with double glazing, we had the apartment fronting Exhibition street which was very noisy at times." - John Sorokoput


"Well positioned, we were within walking distance of places like the Casino, Rod Laver Arena and the Melbourne Aquarium. Also only a block away from the Theatre district. Staff were friendly and helpful, they even helped me print out my boarding pass when I couldn't get the lobby printer to work. No restaurant on premises, but so close to city restaurants it didn't matter. Local restaurant offered room service for a small fee, and a Subway Sandwich Bar only 2 doors away. In-room kitchen with microwave came in very handy as well. Taxi from Airport to Hotel door was $54. " - Surya Idewa-Gede


"Mantra 100 Exhibition is in a great location, is clean and has good sized rooms. The only two downfalls were that our room wasn't ready when we checked in and the rooms facing Exhibition Street are not double glazed and therefore the rooms were noisy at night. " - Anonymous


"Fantastic location, could walk everywhere but trams close if needed. Lots of restaurants, pubs, shopping & IGA close by. Room good size for 2 people but general maintenance not good. Lovely curtains had clips missing so sagged, blanket on sofa bed ripped ( I objected to paying $40 extra for sofa bed when room rate was for 2 people & I was staying with my son so needed 2 beds ). Had 2 ask twice for cover on range hood to be cleaned & put back, it got put back, not cleaned & fell out again next time I used it. Windows were really, really dirt, it was nice to be able to open them but as a nightclub was at the end of the lane they didn't stay open very long at night. Quality control needs to be put thru cleaners of this hotel or it won't stay 4star for long, which would be a shame as I'd like to stay there again when in melb." - Dawn Easton

Getting there: From Melbourne Airport take the Tullamarine Freeway into Melbourne, exiting at Flemington Rd. Turn right at Elizabeth Street to enter the Melbourne CBD. Once into Melbourne turn left at Lonsdale Street, followed by a right turn into Exhibition Street. The hotel is located at #100, and adjacent to Nauru house.
Check-in Procedure: All guests checking in must have a valid credit card or be able to provide $300 cash bond and present photo identification.
Car parking: Limited on site carparking is available for $20.00 a day MUST BOOK prior to check-in. Further carparking is available at KINGS CARPARKING directly behind the Apartments for $20.00 a day, based on overnight storage with a single entry and exit. This Kings Carpark is accessible 24 hours/7 days a week with on site security, located within 100 metres of the Apartments. Multiple re-entry is available from Kings and pricing can be negotiated directly with them.
Child Policy: Children under the age of 12 stay for free using the apartments existing bedding. Guests over 12 years of age are considered adults. A fee of $40.00 applies for those above the advertised persons.
