"This is a very ordinary place but in a good central location close to shopping cafes and bars etc. The rooms have old tv's and lots of things that don't work properly and the staff seem extremely clueless. Don't go near the restaurant downstairs - the food is inedible." - Anonymous

"The location of this hotel is excellent. Close to city centre, train connection, and taxi rank. Restaurant served great food, and plenty of choice. Reception staff were well trained, very efficient check in and checking out. Rooms are spacious, extremely clean, well equipped. If there was a small criticism it would be with the room lighting over the kitchen/cooking area. Quite dim. Overall though, excellent. " - Rhona Dyer
