All units have been tiled throughout giving the ultimate in cleanliness. Living areas have been tiled on 45, and en-suite tiled floor to ceiling, for maximum aesthetic impact. Quality fixtures and fittings have been installed throughout the en-suite, kitchenette and living/bedding areas. The air-conditioned units have minimum a queen size bed, couch for relaxing, table and chairs. Kitchenette consists of microwave, bar fridge, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities, crockery and cutlery as required. Linen and towels are also provided. Units have television. Comprehensive DVD rental library is available at reception. Double size showers are also available.

Getting there:LOCATION Our location is perfect for either business or pleasure. Marcoola is located in the centre of the Sunshine Coast coastline just over an hour drive north of Brisbane. The motel is only a few km from the Sunshine Coast Airport terminal, the base of majestic Mt Coolum and the Hyatt Coolum (the home of Australian PGA). We are located next to the beach, beach side of the coast road. Our exclusive beach walkway provides for excellent beach access, only meters from the sand dunes and coastal pathway. Short stroll via the walk/bikeway will bring you to the beachfront public park / playground with BBQ and covered seating, Marcoola Surf Club, cafe, takeway, newsagency, general store. Please note that discounted rooms are not serviced daily.

Car parking:PROPERTY The property grounds are also spacious. Not just a view of your car bonnet from your room. All units have two entrances for convenience, one from the discrete carpark, the other a sliding door opening to the recreational area of the Motel. The recreational areas comprise a pool, BBQ, large grassed and landscaped area with plenty of seating and tables. Deck chairs are also provided in the pool area. The property also has a guest laundry, baggage store, tour desk.
Child Policy:Any additional charges are payable direct to the hotel. Extra person $10 per night, Children under 14 $10 per night.
Service was good, room was large, could do with a freshen up, but quite comfortable. Whilst motel is directly under the airport flight path it did not worry us at all. A bonus is the easy & safe access to the beach, however families be aware that you have to walk a fair distance to get to the Surf Club & the patrolled beach. Would stay again, if we just wanted relatively cheap accomodation.
Easy to find, convenient parking. Staff are lovely and helpful. Room is kept in excellent conditions, ideal for stopvers and even a holiday. This motel is located directly cross the road from Maroochydore's Airport runway, plane's land about 50 metres above your room, very noisy but not many flights in or out. Close to lovely beach, good for baking. Pool is right at your door step, kept in good condition. I highly recommend Pacific Palms for anyone wishing to stay on the Coast, can't beat this price!

Good old fashind style motel, clean and comfortable, and great location, minutes walkm to beach, and close to all amenaties
Excellent! Much better than expected. The room was incredibly spacious, and looked like it had been recently refurbished although perhaps not the furniture (not that there was anything wrong). The bathroom was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, there was a really great supply of glasses, crockery etc. Great grassed area in front of the unit to sit and relax. Good airflow through the unit although there was aircon if you need it. Not noisy at all. I had read that aircraft noise was a big problem but we were there from 6pm Friday to 9am Saturday & didnt hear a thing. We slept with the front door open that faces the road and slept with no problems. Only problem is its a little hard to find in the dark. We would definitely return.
very good only problem no remote for air con would be nice for me to choose want temprature I want but otherwise a very clean and friendly place to stay would definatley recommend
good average Motel, quiet , close to beach, near airport, good size room, pool, close to Surf Club for meals, only problem I personally had no where to hang cloths.
The cabin itself was very clean and easy to find. The bed was a little on the worn side but it was sleepable. Cabin was in a great location to the beach, but there really wasn't a great deal to do in Marcoola. However Marloolaba and other popular coast lines only a 15min drive away.
Everything was clean and new. A couple of minutes walk to the beach that is away from public.
Small motel with good facilities. Comfy bed, big shower but no breakfast available. It's right on the main coast road to Noosa and directly opposite the northern end of the Maroochydore Airport. Which means small aircraft doing training circuits are continually taking off and landing - so are the big passenger jets but fortunately it's quiet at night. It's less than a 10 minute walk to the Marcoola Surf Club with it's bar and bistro and there may be a convenience store nearby. The beach is a 3 minute walk out the back gate. The price and easy access to the beach compensates for the noise.
The atmosphere was friendly, relaxed and made you feel comfortable from the minute you walked in the door. Great location, 5 mins walk to the beach. I will definantely stay with my family again!

Excellent location, only 2 mins walk to a very quiet beach and 5 mins to a playground and local shops. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We had a ball and would definitely stay there again.
Great location, 2 min walk to a lovely unspoilt beach. Unfortunatly room reeked of cigarettes making sleeping difficult.
good location, close to the beach. Host very friendly and easy going - went out of their way to make my stay totally relaxing and enjoyable. Clean and well kept. Boogie board on site saved me having to pick up from in town. Previous reviews i had read prior to booking were all good and I could see why. Good balance of price, location and facilities. Would definitely stay there again.
There was no way possible I could have been happier or more pleased with my stay at Pacific Palms on the Sunshine Coast, unless I had been staying there longer. Absoutely perfect place to stay even just for one night or for a holiday. I am already recommending it to everyone, and planning my next stay there in a couple of months. 5 Stars!

This lovely little motel was great value for money with everything we needed in the kitchenette and large sleeping, sitting area. Everything was spotless and neat.
Very clean with new spacious bathroom.
Better light over the sign for night time arrival was our only problem.
