We were very pleased with this hotel, the room was huge. Our only complaint was the internet connection was very intermittent.

Superior suite is approximately 480-540 sq ft and consists of either two single beds or one king bed.
Deluxe suite is approximately 750 sq ft and consists of either two single beds or one king bed.
The Executive suite offers spacious accommodation, with large lounging area that is perfect for relaxed business meetings or bringing the family over.
Spacious clean hotel with great views and spacious bathroom. Kitchenette is not available for cooking use. The bar/swimming pool is fantastic.
Straight across the road from Mendara Tower, this hotel is in an excellent position to enjoy KL. Just 10 minutes walk to Patronas Towers and great staff. Easy to get to via taxi or public transport, we loved it and will stay there again.
A1 facility - a must stay for anyone buisness or pleassure in KL. I am a repeat client... free upgrade. Lunar bar on the roof...
Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was good and the staff were excellent. We had a one bedroom suite and it was very roomy. Bathroom was very spacious and pool area was outstanding. Not very busy either. No problems with a sun lounge. Short walk to monorail stations, short taxi to Bukit bintang eating/shopping area. Would definitely stay here again, even with our 20 month toddler who liked it as well.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at the KL Pacific Regency and I would highly recommend it to anybody,any age! It was so beautiful and staff super friendly and very professional. Cant wait to return, will recommend it to friends and family. The restaurant, the pool, the massage salon,house keeping and reception all EXCELLENT!!!!
Everything was amazing about our stay! The staff was polite and attentive and all our needs were met. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The only disappointment was the pool was under renovations, but they had an alternative pool in the meantime. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the heart of the city!
Great place to stay! Very close to the monorail and train stations. Staff are very friendly and the concierges went out of their way to assist us in organising transport and giving us information on KL. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and had a great variety of food served by very friendly staff. Can't fault this place.
I was there with my family and we stayed in the family suite which to me is a great choice and very spaceous with 2bathtubs, complete kitchen with appliances and i think its a good place to stay! Breakfast is great too! I will stay there again if i'm back in KL...Mia, Singapore
Great hotel, comfortable clean rooms, really spacious, overlooking KL tower and parkland. Rooftop pool is great though swimming stops at 7pm as rooftop converts to a bar. Cool. And the roof terrace is the best place to spend dusk checking out the sunset and city lights - nice loungy ambience. An easy 10 minutes to the Petronus Towers but out of the hustle and traffic. Good value
