"Had booked a two bedroom apartment and had informed them I was only arriving late. The second bedroom was locked and my 18month old had to sleep on the floor. Was not impressed with how the lady in reception handled it and that we still had to pay for a two bedroom for 2nghts when we only had it for 1.
