Pacific Views Resort Gold Coast

Location was good, and lovely views of the ocean, however the air conditioning was either broken or couldnt cope. Staff insisted on getting a second credit card swipe, even though room was fully paid for, because they indicated that they didnt trust the booking agent ie Rates to Go, makes you wonder why they participate!!

We were allocated a 5th floor 1 bedroom unit which had both Ocean & Hinterland views. It was clean and comfortable with a large LCD TV. A Subway Restaurant, Convenience Store and Cafe are just a few steps away and a block down the road in Tedder Avenue, is a large selection of Restaurants and Cafes with a good variety of food choices, although they are a little expensive. A public bus service is close at hand, I would recommend Pacific Views as a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Gina was most helpfull in any assistance that we required. She runs the hotel and works at reception and was only to happy to give us her time to make our stay perfect.

The living area was very small with a small loveseat and two wicker uncomfortable chairs. Could not lay down except on the floor. Uncomfortable. Bed was OK, called and asked for ocean front view - rec'd side view. No extra toilet paper, one small bottle of shampoo. Good location, great indoor pool (too cold) and ceiling peeling. Outdoor pool not heated and shaded most of the day. It was just ok.

Great spacious unit for a family of 4 including two young energetic boys. Great view of the beach and so close. Quieter at Main Beach. Just what we needed.

Unit a little knocked around inside. But that doesn't mean they all are.

carpet was very dirty. Shower basin did not drain properly. caushions on sofa were smelly and filthy.

A toilet brush needs to be provided.

The location of the hotel is within easy distance to walk to shops, beach, park. During our stay we used the pool (great that there is an indoor one too) and the gym (well equiped). The rooms were good size with plenty of space for everyone. We sat on the balcony and watched the waves without another building in our way - perfeck. Recommend to all & would definately stay again next time in GC.

Great 2 bedroom apartment in a fantastic location. Whilst a higher floor would have given a better view, the 3rd floor apartment we were in had the largest balcony, which had to seen to be believed. We could still see the ocean and a short trip in the lift was a bonus. Indoor pool and spa were fun. Main Beach area is beautiful. Short stroll to Tedder Ave restaurants and shops was very handy. Recommend happy hour at Tooleys. Cheaper option is the surf club, only a short walk away, with ocean views from the deck. Surf Beach across the road, with flagged swimming. Close proximity to Theme Parks and Surfers. Bus to Seaworld stops on the corner. Only criticism was room lacked a few essentials, take corkscrew and pegs as if you hang things on the airer on the balcony you must secure them. You may need to purchase toilet paper etc as only minimum supplied, but supermarkets are close by at Australia Fair. All in all a great holiday and we would definitely go back.

An OK place to stay, nothing outstanding, better deals to be had just off the street.

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY AT YOUR RESORT, THE FACILITIES WERE FIRST CLASS AND THE ROOM WE STAYED IN WAS EXCELLENT FOR WHAT WE WANTED. WE ESPECIALLY NOTED THE SECURITY FEATURES OF YOUR RESORT AND THE SURROUNDS WERE VERY BEAUTIFUL. I AM SURE WE WILL STAY WITH YOU WHEN NEXT WE TRAVEL TO THE GOLD COAST

We found the Pacific Views Resort perfect for our needs. We could walk to Tedder Ave for meals and to the beach. The facilities in the apartment were very good and the views outstanding. We did not have time to use the pool or spa but they looked excellent. The parking was easy to access and very secure. We would definitely go back there.

I really enjoyed staying at Pacific Views. Far better than many 5 star places I've stayed at. Hard to comment on service though as I had a self contained apartment and so little need for service. Staff were very friendly and helpful though when required. And the views were sensational!

A pleasant place. Built so that even one bedroom apartments have views of the beach. The beach is just across the road. Excellent facilities and close to the restaurants and cafes of Tedder Ave, Marina Mirage.
