This roomy apartment comprises of one double bedroom and separate living area. The smartly designed kitchen is equipped with a full compliment of ultra modern appliances finished with uber cream white cabinetry. The bathroom has a tub as well as shower facilities. In addition to all the above mentiond high spec appliances the apartment has the use of the latest samsung 40" white framed LCD TV. The apartment also benefits from the use of a balcony.

The Spectrum two bedroom apartments are very spacious complete with a full bathroom and a second en suite shower room to the master bedroom. The living area has a pair of sumptuous leather sofas, smart glass chrome dining suite and finished with a glass swivel coffee table. The kitchen area is cool white, clean and modern. Our two bed apartments as with our other styles has the use of a dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge freezer, oven and hob and a full compliment of kitchen utensils and crockery. In keeping with our desire to only fit the highest spec appliances we have fitted the living room with the latest samsung 40" white framed LCD TV. The apartment enjoys the use of a large private balcony.

I arrived about 3.30pm checking out is 11:00am that should have been enough time to prepare my room.

At Spectrum we offer three sizes of apartment but all our apartments only have one standard, that being outstanding. All kitchen and bathroom surfaces are finished in cooler than cool high gloss pure white matching perfectly with the deep cream carpets. In addition we decided to go 'over budget' and fit each apartment living room with a 'white' state of the art, Samsung 40” LCD, flatscreen TV with freeview. The spacious living quarters display an elegance and understatement suited to the requirement of our international guests. If you arrive on office opening times (9.00-18.00 Mon-Fri, 10.00-16.00 Sat, 12.00-15.00 Sun) you have do the check-in on 74 Bridge street, and a member of staff will escort you to the apartment. When you will be arriving later plese contact our offcie to arrange check-in in front of the apartmetns. Block 6, Blackfairs Rd, M3 7BS |

We provide Underground secured parking (only 7 spaces) for additional £8/day. Please call our offcie to book a car space to avoid disappointment. |
| Child Policy: |
All children under 12 stay free of charge if sleeping in parents bed, we provide a baby coat for £10/day as well as a high chair for the same rate. |
