"My review is based on the family room rate 2 Adults & children. Room: Large split level room (see room details). The rooms are in dire need refurbishing Top to bottom. The light socket above the bath is held in place with cello tape. (Not a good option when it comes to safety. ) Front desk service not user-friendly. Restaurant needs improvements in all area's. We wouldn't use again. The swimming pool was ok but the spa was very dirty green/yellow and a foul smell was present. Not an option for us on next visit." - Anonymous

Follow signs for Whangarei and Cape Reinga keep heading north to Kawakawa, and follow signs for Bay of Islands and Paihia. Follow road into Paihia take first turning left on Paihia waterfront into Kings Road. We are on the right.
