"We stayed in a deluxe room which was really nice. But I must admit that I have never seen as dirty towels and bed sheets in any hotel (especially in a 4* hotel) as in this one. When we arrived late in the evening exhausted, it surely wasn't a nice surprice to find dirty sheets. Even the "clean" ones had strange stains on them. When we called about it, it was really frustrating that nobody seemed to understood english. The staff was really nice and helpful but they would have desperately needed a tourist english course. Making a booking to spa or even ordering a drink was always a bit of a struggle. No matter how simply you tried to place your question the answer was always, "one moment" and another person from the back office came for a help. One important thing is that the hotel is built on a steep hill. To access most of the bungalows you have to climb uphill numerous of steps which can be really dangerous during rain and dark." - Anonymous
"Beautiful rainforest setting, ideal for couples, suite rooms are spacious with large balconies. Observe wildlife in the trees - birds, remus monkeys, etc. Not suitable for disabled or wheelchair as steps to most of accommodation. Walk to beach is about 5 mins.
