Good standard of Hotel. Staff very friendly . Pool a little disappointing, very shallow, and not big enough to exersise in. Gym next to bar with glass doors, only 3 pieces of equipment, hence didnt use it. Adora Suite was nice, but the outlook wasnt as we expected, basically no outlook ! Would not return back to Krabi, but Hotel was fine
Hotel was near many restaurants and shops but quiet as behind and up a steep hillside. Need to be fairly fit. The view from the pool area was disappointing as on the website it showed a view of the sea and islands which wasn't there because of trees. Breakfast 3 star standard. Many buildings around.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The hotel had its little quirks and incentives for reusing towels etc. The room came with a beach basket and beach mats. They even had a selection of DVDs for their guests. The staff were very friendly. The downside was that our room smelt weird and there wasn't much variety for breakfast.
Booked the Deluxe room but was upgraded to the Adora room. Was Ok but nothing special. The Breakfast was not so great and the internet didn't work properly. Staff were polite and helpful even if they could not make the network work.
rooms fantastic especially the bathroom - deluxe room worth the hill climb!!!! book room close to reception if have walking difficulties pool area very busy but beach only 5 mins away
We stayed in a deluxe room which was really nice. But I must admit that I have never seen as dirty towels and bed sheets in any hotel (especially in a 4* hotel) as in this one. When we arrived late in the evening exhausted, it surely wasn't a nice surprice to find dirty sheets. Even the "clean" ones had strange stains on them. When we called about it, it was really frustrating that nobody seemed to understood english. The staff was really nice and helpful but they would have desperately needed a tourist english course. Making a booking to spa or even ordering a drink was always a bit of a struggle. No matter how simply you tried to place your question the answer was always, "one moment" and another person from the back office came for a help. One important thing is that the hotel is built on a steep hill. To access most of the bungalows you have to climb uphill numerous of steps which can be really dangerous during rain and dark.
Excellent location - central to all activities, beach and shops. Located between Aonang beach and Noppatharat beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Free Internet access. Rooms are surrounded by greenery and trees. Will go there again.
Location was great - a five minute walk from Au Nang town. The rooms were more than adequate but the beds were very hard. While there, it is a MUST to take the four island cruise (about $12 per person, 400 baht). Go to Poda, Chicken Island Tub Island and Phra Nang for the BEST snorkling. Phr Nang's Princess Cave has a lagoon.
Very convenient location, and staff all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average, but nice setting.
Thoroughly enjoyable hotel.
Initially the hotel does not make much of an impression. However, after a day I realised the location is excellent, bedrooms large, service good, breakfast more than adequate and the pool area is lovely so it is very good value for the money.
Very nice resort, about 8 mins walk to Ao Nang beach. Great jungle-like garden with rooms set around. Nice water pressure in shower. Good swimming pool. Very relaxing resort.
Beautiful rainforest setting, ideal for couples, suite rooms are spacious with large balconies. Observe wildlife in the trees - birds, remus monkeys, etc. Not suitable for disabled or wheelchair as steps to most of accommodation. Walk to beach is about 5 mins. Overall - very impressed with quality of this resort.
The hotel was better than I had imagined. Love how the rooms are tucked away amongst the trees on the hill side and how we had our own balconey to sit and relax in. It's a short walk to all the shops and restuarants. Will definitely stay there again.
A very good resort with a lot of greenery. The rooms were very spacious.
