Friendly and helpfull staff and an excellent location in the heart of Madrid.

The place was within easy access to surrounding tourist and eating spots.

Good central location, comfortable rooms. On the down side there was a bad drain smell in the bathroom and the plumbing was very noisy!

Taxi could not drive near hotel, so was small difficulties to find main door.

Great service - we were not due to book in until 12 noon but arrived at 9.30am and our room was ready and waiting which meant we could leave our bags and get on with sightseeing. On our last day we were able to leave our bags in a secure area until we left to catch our plane home so again enabling us to continue exploring Madrid until the last minute without heavy luggage. A good selection at breakfast as well.

Well located near the animated center. However, avoid if you intend to have quiet nights. The hotel itself is quiet , but in the street, animation guaranteed all night ! Nice people, always ready to respond to your requests. Well equiped room, with massage showers and free internet access.

Quad Room for family of 4 (kids 11 & 8) was little bigger than double room, well equipped but some basic maintenance in need of attention. Shower door fell off but quickly repaired by helpful nothing too much trouble staff. Relatively quiet for sucha central hotel, apart from monastery bells at 0630 (!). Breakfast reasonable although pricy (E12 extra p.p.). Well located for attractions, sights, restaurants and public transport (Sol metro 50m from reception)

Nice hotel, middle class,excellent location. small rooms but very clean. airco is very bad. Staff very poor in other languages.

A small hotel placed in the centre of Madrid. We had a family room, although it was quite small. The look-through glass to the bathroom was not to our liking. There is some noise from the outside and also during the night. A good breakfast buffet.

Very friendly and helpful staff, in fact much more so than any other place that we visited during our 10 day tour of southern Spain.

Tiny but nicely-decorated room. Breakfast lounge small too. Excellent location albeit rather noisy at times.

You can't beat the location. Request the 6th floor when you arrive in order to get the quietest rooms. We enjoyed it very much!

Small nice hotel in the center of Madrid and near the metro. Good breakfast and free internet. Rooms are small if there are tree persons.

Everything was as described and we would definitely stay there again. Excellent buffet breakfast which set us up for the day! Helpful English speaking staff.
